@Mfs🍑 It's called cauliflower ear. It happens more often with UFC fighters than Boxers because not many Boxers get hit in the ears, however it's not unheard of. It occurs due to a direct blow to the ear, which causes blood to collect between the cartilage and the skin. Basically, the reason it's pillowy like that is because it's full of blood. Pretty detail by the illustrator.
