When Leegang said he has 'interest,' Felix misunderstood, making it seem like Leegang has romantic feelings for Giovanni, but really, no, it's not. He's interested in Giovanni since seeing the photo on Felix's card, resembling his long-lost older brother, if you damnies read the previous chapter well.

Oh, that's not me. When you read Mangabuddy and you're not logged in, you will be named as 'someone'. Like 'Someone liked your comment'. That's a person who is not logged in but is reading and commenting on Mangabuddy. That's why when you look at their profile, some comments are labeled as 'member' while others don't.
