@10CC I agree that Kim Dan consented but that doesn't change the fact that Jaekyung took advantage of his desperation. That's the reason why Jaekyung's not liked.

That's not a reason, that's an excuse.
99% of the Jakeyboy haters absolutely love any red flags or black flag, they love Caesar, Zhenya, Sangwoo, Taeyu, etc, because they have a power bottom and not a useless, innocent, dumb idiot..
jakey and kim dan is a TERRIBE mach, and the gap in their personalities and attitude is soooo big that it's overshine themselves, so most of the readers can't comprehend what's going on.
BUT he isn't a monster, he didn't even do sh***, he's just an average, egoistic ass****... And still, he did SO MUCH for kim dan, and got NOTHING back except a good fu**. (Not Doc's fault, J. never even asked, so I can't blame dan either, but still... Would it be really that hard to LISTEN to jakeyboy JUST ONCE and DON'T get a fuc*** present, for example...? Iknow it seems a small thing but honestly, who wouldn't be a jerk if _every single person_ around them ignoring their most simple request _every fuc*** time_...?)
But back to the topic, he seems so awful because kim dan is extremly, unrealisticly pure and innocent and victim-type. But ANY other partner, and it could be a perfectly normal, healthy relationship. It's just... they're so freakin toxic to each other that the readers must hate one of them, and it's "obvious" it can't be the cuuute liiitle bottom...
So it's not about the so called "ra**."
