@nah well in most manhwas they are just a different company with the same name but if i had to guess id say this series and chaebols grandson are in the same universe and im sure theyll collide at somepoint but for now eunsung is just a relative to samsung pretty much so its easy to understand or well thats koreas authors say so in short most authors just say eunsung motors because it sounds like samsung motors and well samsung in south K is well pretty much the biggest company in their country aswell as the world
