In Korea, minors are anyone below 19 years old (international age, not the Korean age).
and in Korea's culture, it's ASOLUTELY TABOO for an adult to date a minor. Even if it's a 20 year old chap dating an 18 year old girl. That is a BIG BIG NO NO. The guy will be looked upon as a paedophile....
