Untrue cuz have you seen Assassination Classroom? Their classroom was on top of a mountain but I don't think the giant yellow octopus teacher there is "Hot" 
he does kinda look like dazai when he was human though so i think that's enough plus karasuma sensei is a total YUM so is irina like GADDAYUM
