I mean I am sorry if anyone is offended but I really wish nian nian wouldn't end up with gu yangsheng he should forgive him but not forget it's hard to explain in words but the emotional physchological and physical damage that guy yangsheng did to nian nian is unforgettable in real life if something like this really happened then that person even though he forgived and went back to his abuser even though the abuser had changed the victim will be traumatized and hence their realtionships will never be normal even though one dosent want to remember and forget but it will always haunt the person which will create conflicts in relationship the same thing happen to a friend of mine but since it's a story it will not adapt to real life that much but yeah if it was real life then nian nian wouldn't have been able to forget let alone forgive
