Unpopular opinion here: I feel really bad for Ellodi. I don't understand why everyone hates her, since she's actually the victim here. She's a very kind and beautiful lady, with supposedly little to no ambition for wealth and power. In her situation, the best thing she could hope for is to find someone who could love her for who SHE is and marry them, yet that even that doesn't seem to be in the cards for her.

She isn't trying to replace Ophelia. She's a people pleaser who got caught up in this mess simply because she resembles Ophelia.
My opinion exactly. The hate, that some are giving her, unsettles me.
I don't hate her because of her resemblance to ophelia or the fact she's here I just have a very off feeling with her because she reminds me of Trashta (remarried empress) with the whole innocent thing going on. Not saying she's acting I just dont like her but I dont hate her it's not her fault that they love ophelia and she looks like her so she's ehhh to me

It's a bit frustrating how she looks like Ophelia, the badass and sassy lost queen but i wouldn't hate her all for that

It's sad how Ophelia looks like Trashta so Ellodie may be whether a angel trashta or a dishonest/reverse Ophelia.

@I Boop Your Nose is read that story, and I agree the early writing for Trashta (Rashta) are similar. The doe eyed innocents to the level of incompetence. But she also reminds me of Ibelin from "Miss not so sidekick"
