The amount of fans crying over the whole kpop idol thing, they being disrespectful to cancer victims by enjoying their evening drinking and dancing, as if they actually believed the fake persona idols sell... So many girlies burning or breaking merchadising, girl just sell it, no one shats dollar bills. And funniest part is they actually thought these idols were nice people because they donate a couple thousands to charities, girl please, that is called damage control, they donate to stay relevant so people will buy their charitative image but not because they care. You have any idea how idols feel about their fans? They over sexualize them and drool all over them, who would like people like that? If they showed how they really feel about their fans, idols would be hated worlwide. And charities are part of the image, they give money because they have more than they could spend in a lifetime but they do not really care, or do you think they would just donate if they cared? They would do so much more, look at one of the most hated idols Siwon of SJ, travels all over the world with unicef helping and donating all over the world and people still call him racist and homophobe because he is christian. Just let these idols enjoy themselves, drink and dance, who cares about politically correct acting when they are donating more than we all could earn working all whole lives? I care about actions, they donate, it is done, do not need more.
@Panda at the end of the day the K-pop industry is a business. All idols are doing their job. It's okay to be emotional about them but they are not obligated to like us. Btw unicef supports genocide so no.
@Panda Honestly I am not into kpop, and I don't care about idols, but this was an official event to spread awareness. I don't think anyone would care if they were dancing and drinking in a different setting, but for me it's just disrespectful that they got wasted without care on a event that was for a serious cause. About donating part - do you know how they earn the money? From thier fans, and fans also have thier expectations. I don't think anyone would like to support a corrupted star, so at least they should know how to behave. After all without thier fans they won't have money to even buy themselves food. Also they became idols knowing that there would be people sexualizing them and drooling over them, kpop industry was not made yesterday, so they took that risk by themselves.
@Kethany so you want fake idols because you expect them to be nice? I much prefer an honest one that is hateful, and kpop industry is disgusting. Saying they took the risk knowing idols are not only sexualized but also abused, were sold in the burning sun scandal and they must be sold to this day on other ways, they are forced to be so skinny they look disgustingly unhealthy even compared to VS models that are skinny to the whole world, kpop industry is nothing to compliment, if one goes against it he is a hero not a bad person. Disrespectful when they are donating and doing more in one minute than you will do in your life for them? You are a fake ss. Kpop industry is even worse than hollywood industry, and it was not made yestarday but it should be done by now, this whole act fans make as if they own idols and they cannot even date or they get cancelled. Get a life losers, what a disgusting world we live in.
@Panda well I don't give a fu** what they do tbh, but at this particular event they could keep some kind of respect for people struggling with cancer. I myself hate k-pop industry, I don't listen to it and I know it's toxic, that's why I don't support it. I don't understand how could someone Idolize them based only on edited videos and fake a** smile. Controlling them is disgusting, starving them is disgusting but after all they signed up for it, they are adults and they can decide for themselves. Some people will do a lot to become a star, and if people hated them - they would have no money, no fame, that's why they act and pretend to be nice.
