I don't see Bjorn as toxic. Maybe thoughtless and insensitive. Why is he getting so much hate though? It seems to me that he is slowly navigating his feelings towards Erna but he is getting there. Is that what makes him toxic?

@klutz123 he's getting so much cause he wasn't completely uninterested in her, but only uninterested out of bed. He was using her, and also in the beginning did many things (scandals) that would realistically have ruined a woman's life in the time and setting this plays in. Yet he didn't care much. And actually he didn't care at all about any of her feelings as long as he could have her in bed, which is, well, quite toxic
