You know, I read somewhere that people who are attracted to minors but are too afraid to attempt any act towards them out of shame and guilt try to channel it through different means. 
I guess the author is just channeling those immoral feelings into a manga.

@Joel I guess is complicated. In Japan, a woman can marry or have consensual s** at 16yo (marriage age was raised to 18yo like two years ago, tho). So adding a high school girl to the rooster is TECHNICALLY fine for a japanese work. It's a matter of cultural differences.

The middle schooler one tho, that is just fetish.

Look, the morality of humans have evolved over time. What you think is wrong Today was considered the norm of before. What will you do if in the future the age of consent is again changed to 25 years old? Wouldn't We all be considered pedophiles to the future generation? What is considered the norm today may turn into a crime tomorrow. 
What I'm trying to say is, it's good to question the old ways but it's not fair to judge them with your modern perspective. The best you can do is, evolve your mind and continue to question the ethics of everything.

@Raspberry Plum yeah, morality evolves, but we also shouldnt judge people if they do find less harmfull ways of fullfilling their fetishes. I mean if we go by logic of acceptance of the current standart some authors out of america could write about 12 year olds marrying 40 year olds with parental consent (not jokeing, the US has no federal law about minimum age required to marry and some states allow marriages of 12 year olds, there are groups fighting that). But for short we shouldnt be angry bout an author doing that if it keeps them from action on the impulse. That said, the author might not even be that way, japan has some kind of weird relationship with the sexualization of minors wich makes it somewhat acceptable for people to do and like these storylines as authors and readers. Dont ask me why, i dont fully understand the how and why but its some social/cultural thing.

@NamelessApe Yeah... Even in UK the age of concent hasn't been changed from 16.
And most adults are perverts one way or another. It's just a matter of where they draw the line. Is it only a fetish? Or is it from experience?! Well not that we can know everything. 
Annd it's pretty common for kids to form a crush for an older person. It's a different thing if that happens in reverse .

@Raspberry Plum look... im against the s_xualization of minors just as much as the next guy...but you have to at least intellectually acknowledge that the majority of north Americans opinions on it is CULTURAL right?

There was a lot of heavy handed "morality and religion" Influence that became generational and a permanent part of the psyche of north america. 
Most places in the world have a lot less stigma regarding s_x and what is right and what is wrong.
France has n_dity as part of their daytime TV, and alcohol served to minors with meals.
Germany has whole districts where you have legalized pro_titution and can do drugs in public.
Some countries still have arranged child marriages, either with other children or full adults.

Japan culturally has accepted that teenagers are se_ual beings, and that is reflected in their media. 

Granted there are some things I am absolutely  disgusted by... but this isn't a discussion of what I find right or wrong. This is a discussion of what culturally is acceptable.

Look... I get it.. time changes things. In north America we used to have it in our media too (Stephen kings 'it' child o_gy, the songs hot for teacher and cherry pie as examples, brooke shields n_de scenes in blue lagoon), but I'm telling you straight... its not our place to judge what another culture finds acceptable. Only that culture can.

@Joel lol ok mr hypocrite. If you feel so strongly about it.. why are you still here reading this manga after numerous chapters? No matter what you say.. you are STILL READING. So YOU are part of the target audience.  

And noone here is supporting your pdf. There are things that have been making me cringe too. Im just saying that different places than north america have different moral stances regarding things. Culture is culture.
