@BiNShy depression is just a mood.. keep yourself busy with some physical or mental works..
You will forget everything.. that your brain makes.. you think.

Mood swings happens with everyone.. you only have to enjoy in certain times..

The more we waste our physical nd metal power by not using them the more depression we becomes..
...That's why I do everything and try everything.. if i don't like that then i quit that day .. if i like it im doing that again..
