@Lizzy it does.... it's like most mangas the MCs are incapable of having s** without screaming... no, stop, too deep; it feels weird, wait. 

I don't know if it had something to do with that culture's obsession with purity and being soft and delicate. As I'd say, if feels good would make them a sl** or unlikeable. 

I had a cousin whose gf was Asian and he had so many issues with this. Every single time they had s** she would act like it was her first time (she was 28) while kissing him would acting like she couldn't breathe, acting super shy, screaming stop, wait, it feels weird and when he stopped she got angry he stopped. He broke up with her and told her he couldn't keep being with someone who made him feel like a rapist. 
One day he got drunk and told us this and I was surprised that from 15 of our group, 4 had similar experiences with Asian partners
