I can honestly say:
1. I'm not surprised
2. I didn't cry this time
3. I don't care about what's going to happen next
This is so messy, dramatic, unrealistic, repeat itself, predictable..
And it's not even a storyline or a twist by now, it's just annoying 
It seems to me like you never discover love and all the troubles it has. Because THIS story is one of the most realistic I've ever read. You say it's repeating itself - of course! When you truly love at the same time two people, but you are supposed to pick the one you love less it's impossible to forget the first one
