The knight hesitated because Perez was busy interrogating someone, but Tia confidently ordered him to call him and told him to say that the Deputy Head of Lombardi wanted to see him. The knight quickly went inside to deliver the message. A few seconds later, the interrogation room door suddenly burst open and Perez rushed out.

He ran down the stairs almost flying and hurried straight to Tia when he saw her waiting outside. Several knights and the Knight Commander followed behind him. Perez asked why she was still standing outside instead of coming in. Tia replied that no one had invited her inside. After that, she told him she was there on official business as the Deputy Head of Lombardi. Then she revealed the reason for her visit was she wanted the case of Bellesac to be transferred to the Lombardi family.

When Tia tries to leave, Perez stops her and gently fixes the loose string of her shawl. While doing that, he notices the red ruby necklace she’s wearing and starts playing with it, teasing her about how she keeps giving him “presents.” 😏 Tia quickly stops him, hides the necklace, and firmly says they need to bury their feelings because their relationship has no future. Tia explains that Perez has a long and dangerous road ahead if he wants to become Emperor. He must defeat the Empress’s faction, become Crown Prince, and eventually rule the empire.

Because of that, he can’t keep a relationship with her since she can’t become Empress. She tells him it’s better for both of them to end things now before it becomes worse. Even while saying it, her heart hurts and she isn’t sure she can truly forget him. Instead of backing away he takes her hand and says that burying his feelings won’t make them disappear. He asks if she can really watch him marry another woman, have children with her, and live happily while she stands far away. The thought reminds Tia of her past life when Perez stood beside Ramona, and it hurts her deeply.

Perez says he doesn’t care about the crown or the throne as much as he cares about her. What he truly wants is Tia herself, and everything else is just a bonus. His intense confession shocks Tia because she sees a darker, more determined side of him she hadn’t noticed before 👀 Right after that Perez suddenly returns to his normal calm attitude. He opens the door, lets the cold air in, and casually asks if they should go save her cousin now, as if nothing dramatic just happened.

Will almost be killed under the guise of suicide which is planned by Empress to save her son and putting all the blame on Lombardi family but Perez came to save him & Tia managed to send him far away from capital with his mother Seral (this will happen very soon) and they live in a small house. Is in perfect condition but is still old. Right now because of workload his health is suffering but Estira is making him rest a lot and now Tia will take care of most things so he will be very fine. You will be glad to know on the day Tia was about to give birth to her first baby he came back from a 3 day and 2 nights hunting trip 😂 so yes grandfather is going to stay with us so don't worry 😉
