@Chi Art first of all, r*e is penetration so its not r*e here. Its "sexual assault" as you claim. He quite obviously knows where he is and who he's with. He also Said "do whatever you want, it's a dream anyways." Yoonbin stated to him multiple times that it's not a dream. Yoonbin also didn't force himself onto him like normal predators would, yes? He just helped relieve 'Mr. Tiger.' Yoonbin could've took advantage of the moment since he said and as I stated earlier, "do whatever you want, it's a dream anyways." But he didn't and said, "I can't take advantage of someone who isn't in their right mind." It's not sexual assault if a person has been drinking but is still fully aware of their surroundings, understands what is happening, and is capable of making a conscious decision, they can give consent. Even if they regret the decision the next day, Legally, "drunken consent is still consent." if they had the capacity at the time, it is not sexual assault. so next time, please do your research before claiming its r*e.since its not.

Therefore he is semi-conscious (not really, but whatever.), if not fully aware. Also r*e is somewhat 'nonconsensual sexual acts' but not all 'nonconsensual sexual acts' is r*e.
