His main goal rn is to destroy the Alchemist tower and to do that he needs to unite the people, initially he was going to use the twins but rn using himself will get the results quicker, (maybe he'll also bring in the twins later) this is why he wants a huge medal ceremony so most people become aware of him and follow him
