This is so intresting but the way he die, make me think author has love hate relationship with main character,
...does making his stomach swell up like a pregnant woman is really necessary? Can't u just say it's an unidentified disease 
@Raphael the point is it's a rare disease not unidentified lol and what's wrongs with that? Do you think pregnant woman is the only one who has big belly? There's a lot of medical condition who has symptoms like that esp with men and in most cases the reason for that is the enlargement of organs like liver or spleen and those can physically push the abdominal wall outward.
