I wonder how obsessed and/or in love you'd have to be with someone to have a normal (?) reaction to what mc has to say. maybe ml is so obsessed he'll be happy about the bite. but I think he still should be very shocked about having a whole son. In some omegaverse stories all this time they are trying to get closer to the child and then it comes a bit more natural when they find out.
