That happened to a colleague of mine at work. The tumor was in a difficult place to operate and was so bad that it pushed her left eye off the socket. She had to wait 7 months till the baby was born because the ops anaesthesia could've harmed the child. After the op she couldn't remember many simple words and other things. It took her over 4yrs to fully recover.

@habibbie It was growing in a difficult place to operate, in the skull next to her ear, and as it grew, it started pushing her brain upwards against the eye. Not pretty. She was lucky she got a good brain surgeon.
