@Ravegrrrl that depends on how DRUNK someone is. You did not state the lvl of intoxicity tho. Drunk people to AN EXTENT CAN still give consent, depending on how intoxicated they are and the type of situation it is; Reduced Inhibition and impulsivity Alcohol can lower inhibitions, leading to increased impulsivity and a decreased ability to consider the consequences of one's actions.
