Drunk people to AN EXTENT CAN still give consent, depending on how intoxicated they are and the type of situation it is; Reduced Inhibition and impulsivity Alcohol can lower inhibitions, leading to increased impulsivity and a decreased ability to consider the consequences of one's actions.
