Guys today I managed to calm down myself from an anxiety/panic attack (I forgot how it's called so I hope y'all get what I mean) for the first time alone. It took me a while to calm down and I felt like suffocating but hey atleast I can calm down on my own now
I have an unhealthy obsession with music,genshin,anime and most importantly manhwas/manhuas/mangas
@nowifeorgf I like sat down and focused on one single object while breathing in and out and trying to focus all my brain only on the object so that it can't think of the reason why the attack even started
