How do they contain these kids if they are World level threats?
Like why abuse them if they can use the power of GODS or like our MC they are threats to the entire planert?
Just because they don't know how to use their powers doesn't mean they can treat them like sh-t, one accident and the whole place is gone...

@Insight Convenient plot, that explanation is ridiculous. It is like saying i have this thing so I can win, does not need to explain. So this one thing can hold every single powerful entity? Come on even you should think this is way too convenient. Plus they should also realize their entire involvement may be the reason the world ends. Try holding onto sand, you only have an illusion of control.
If they instead stated they investigated and invested in each person's ability AFTER it was manifested, sure perhaps. But to know prematurely, even ones that were never discovered and classified then found a way to contain is ridiculous.
@FxStarLight i think the treatment they give to mc is probably because he's not very cooperative and they dont know his capabilities yet i mean filio seemed to be fine nothing that looks like abuse or bad treatment hell they might be just raising them normally there we literally have no idea how they treat others except great threats like 1001 and 1002
