"vis" looks more like "vice"(dépravity, perversion, transgression etc...) and it makes sens if the power is not natural but more like a transgression
@CrimsonBlood I'm also from Romania so I thought that too. But then I remembered that vis also means strength in Latin. So I think it is more likely that the word comes from Latin🙂
