@Mommy_sage not defending my actions, I just wanna explain where I'm coming from in my corner of the US.
My mom was 12 and already living with a male not related to her when she met my dad. when that guy went to jail, she moved in with my dad and ended up getting pregnant at 13. Her younger sister followed and had my cousin the following year. All of their sisters all had kids well before 18.
My mother in law ran away from home at 16 and had a kid almost right away. She was considered the baby of her family.
My high school was shīt when it came to sėx ed and had such a problem with teen pregnancies their only solution was to put in a daycare center. High. School.
I'm blessed we took extra care when it came to being careful and using preventative measures, as it's been well over 20 years and still no kids.
But yeah, beyond lucky to still be with him after all this time.
Ironically we're both asexual. It's more of a comfort thing now for us.
