cayena's half brother was the silver haired boy from the emperor side... and rezef isn't a beggar, his half brother of cayena also from empress and former duke kidrey (Raffaello's dad) so the only really pure blood royal is only cayena from emperor and empress...if you remember the few chapters before it was stated, i think its Raffaello who discovered it and also the emperor is aware that's why he desipes rezef.
