I hate when amateur authors just inflate numbers because it sounds impressive but totally destroy the believability of their work.
Libra having over 2 billion cadets doesn't make any sense. This was our normal earth in the beginning so there were about 7,5 billion people, the monsters took over half the world and countless people have been killed + 20 years have passed after that, so it is a generous estimation to say there are 3,75 billion people left, now substracting just 2 billion that leaves 1,75 billion, Virgo is said to rival Libra in numbers, Leo controls the US which would be let's say 250 million people left, and then there are the territories of all the other saints, also not all people are cadets... it just doesn't add up. Even fantasy has to follow rules and make sense.
