@Just a normal reader You could be low on iron, iron deficiency can cause problems such as, fatigue, poor concentration and anaemia. Try eating foods high in iron like; eggs, leafy greens, broccoli, chicken, seafood, fish, green beans, tomoatoes, dried fuit, strawberries etc. Or you can take iron supplements. That might help but that's just my guess, anyway good luck.
