Greatest manga ever written. I am not kidding when I say that this represents today's society perfectly. I am a doctor and people bring their kids to me who are old enough to be in war, drive cars, vote, and do everything else that adults can but they cant get pregnant without their parents permission. People should be able to have coitus and sexual encounters anywhere except near schools and near children.
