@Aesir honestly I think in a society where original abilities are accepted it would be pretty easy to simply say "my ability relies on blood" so it shouldn't be a problem

@c Fair point, I concede.
@c they would sell it for really expensive amount of money then blood banks keep those for patients they wouldn't sell it to a student for practicing his ability unless they have a big gain from it
@c i feel like that would be a bigger problem as he is registered as no abiltiy
