 ive read the novel there's no storyline like this in it... the plot has changed a lot from the novel... so its basically 2 different versions.
We never read about linan and Anna kid or their loved story, killain becoming duke, cliff disappearing completely or even real elize coming back in the novel... the novel side stories go on a different route where author elize is still mentioned and still in the novel world that our edith is in...

@Whatever there wasn’t any love line for Catherine in the novel. So no one could really know what happens next unless they have early access to the raws
