@Majek brother i am pretty sure yang is type of heat energy and yin is type of cold. Well human needed both to live but male has more yang energy than female and female has more yin energy. At least that what decided gender in Martial cultivation novels.

@Infinite_years man has more yang energy doesn't mean he can't have yin look at some cultivation manwha where a male use yin and a female uses yang just like how female can have more testosterone than normal
