You are wrong in the original story snow white was 7 at the start of the story but she lived with dwarfs for some years so it's unknown how old she was later and the prince didn't have confirmed age and in disney story while snow white is 14 the prince doesn't have confirmed age the closest age we can give him is 18 since in his concept art his looks were based of 18 years old boys but that was used only for the concept art not the finished product. Him being 31 is just a rumour and not at all true.
