@Heather Marie She got pregnant about 1 year and 3 months after the Prince's visit, and the Count started cheating openly around the same time. She returned to the past thinking that she must marry the Prince instead of the Count, in order to protect the unborn child (she must think even if the body is different the soul would be the same if conceived at the same time).
