Her hair is actually blonde. They wanted her to dye it black.
@just_pride actually her hair is blonde u can even see when she was imprisoned that her blonde roots started appearing
@just_pride You could see her hair color in the cell. She's the only one with magic strong enough to go to war with another kingdom. She was a good scapegoat for everyone to despise.
