I'm just wondering cause if she hasn't met the emperor yet in this timeline, would it not just make more sense to act like the fl so that the emperor who would not have had prior contact with her becomes docile and helps her escape her abusive family? Acting crazy could just cause her to end up in a worse position? I know this is romance so it's not like she's aroace like me, that wouldn't be so difficult for her do right, if she thinks she can convincingly act crazy acting like an innocent fl shouldn't be any more difficult
