@P__ ig he was brainwashed from the time Lina came in picture... As explained earlier Seria thought she transmigrated into the novel way before Lina appearance... At that time she became friend and then lovers with callis... (In order to save him from storyline) but after Lina came callis came into her influence and then went out with Lina on their wedding which he really regreted after. 

But he did all that in the Lina's effect so he is really pitiful
