If you can't handle such themes, best not to read it. A lot of parts in the novel are omitted, as expected, because this is a webtoon. Not all details will be shown in the adaptation. If you're still intersted, read the novel to understand why people love the story. Don't blindly criticize. It has 13 volumes, so expect it to be long. It's not for the faint hearted.
