the 3 heros that had the "eh.." response were probably a part of blondie's team in the past. i also suspect the lady from the glass coffin in the parade was one as well. 

the crazy prophet may have been the head of the magic tower or something.
there has to be some fort of spell cast by the evil forces to erase huim from history... and the sheep is going to end up being a constilation/g**'s minion or something.

@questionthings I 100% agree with you, I mean maltier so far hasn't gotten any leads on who he really is.. he must've done something in the past to be called a sc*mbag by the prophet.. and some how got his whole history in this word removed.. and it's pretty suspicious that Shane is part of the said prophecy that the prophet stated..

Like Shane is some kind of key for an incoming disaster..

Also, the few first chapters, the first one, maltier is supposed to be our player and not shane, but somehow he had gotten himself inside the game, replacing maltier..

And it just so happens that he had maltier in his first soul summoning ritual, yk yk? So now Shane has unintentionally got himself involved with the prophecy.1
