@Gazni probably because she is good in the technical in education but not so strong in the social.. pretty normal in everyday life.. or something like that...!
@Bacht Communicating is part of the job and it should be as important as education, considering education is useless if you can't deliver it. Of course this is fiction.
@Gazni Tell that to my first grade teacher who failed to communicate to a child or even an adult for that matter.
