Personally, I hate how weak MC is. He has to struggle a lot in every fight, mostly to just avoid dying. And that's even taking into account his cheat-like skills that he easily obtains through his cheat-like, game-like System. It reminds me of how much MC had to struggle to survive against Murong Xue when she fully committed herself to assasinating him. He only barely defeated her. Even then, it felt like he sortof cheated.
Clearly, this guy could have killed MC just now if he wanted to. Instead, it sounds like he's leaving MC for later... possibly for father to kill him.
