I'm team Cain, but for me, not jooin. It has been crystal clear from the beginning that jooin had way more chemistry with yawhi. Jooin made the right choice stepping away from them both and he made the decision to walk towards yawhi on his own. That is pretty symbolic tbh. I still want to see more character development from jooin, but I'm glad the novel is ending this way.
I hope Cain has finally become his own person. His reliance on jooin was unhealthy and he deserves to create his own happiness- a happiness that isn't based in the past, but in the present.
