@Jambo it's bad in any circumstance, and I said "low offense" compared to the brutality of attacks he took on, or are we just gonna brush aside her murderous assault? If we're gonna go levels of bad here, she would be in a way deeper sense out of everyone she assaulted him with physical attacks that could pierce through normal people, the fact he survived them means nothing compared to how brutal she is and her hypocrisy attacking him because of how brutal he took on another contestant that had been electrocuting others and MC with no regard for their lives? Yeah, also the fact she mentions the attack on the gym and that she thought MC was something better, and talks about power and responsibility, MC is literally only going for fist fights and his enemies are using lethal attacks. Hello!? Lady wake up to reality. 
Anyway, my point is, out of all the things that had happened in that contest, MC kissing her was by far in the low bars.
