@Ayo he's not physically cheating, but he is blatantly flirting with another man which can be seen as unfaithful. Sun Yool is doing something similar with Yechan, it's less obvious - but they have kind of been flirting. They both know their relationship is coming to an end, so they don't really care what happens next. I think it shows them giving up on each other

@read lots of manhwa  if this is what it is, sounds like bullshit to be honest. most (drinking aged) people i know do shots, and hooking arms (aka: a love shot) while downing the drink is a pretty common mimic to make it a bit more fun. and if you think the muse thing is bad, have you never play-flirted with your friends? especially when drinking? it's weird to even think this could lead to cheating
