Okay I think I get it now, When the main character was at his desk working overtime that yellow thing could I guess bring ghosts to you, So I'm guessing the ghost puts the main character in this nightmare / dream and does these things to him, But when main character try's to leave the ghost gets upset makes this scary face before main character wakes up from that dream, He feels everything that happened in that dream, Like the pain and all of that. So when that coworker saw him sleeping with the lights on, That's when he saw that ghost in the main character dream. (Sorry if this doesn't make any sense I tried my best to explain).

@Wyarenee OHH HES DREAMING WHEN IT HAPPENS THAT MAKES MORE SENSE (sorry for the late response lmao) i thought the director was possessed though?? is he actually possessed and somehow making it into his dreams? or is the demon just using his form for the dreams, and nothing is happened to the director im confuse
