@OurSunnyDays Alpha females have somewhat of a male genital, and an omega can get pregnant whether it's a beta or alpha

@UrMomsStreet thanks but in love is an illusion they explained that only an alpha can get omega pregnant (cuz one of the couple was beta and omega and that omega had to get a sperm donar)
