She is still school age and her only relative is mentally unstable so I guess as a best option she can even ask legal helps because there is no one able to pay the debts. Then the court will mark it as a bad debt or something. (I don't hv a proper idea about that field)

@(๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ Niko in these stories from like a ton of stories with characters in debt I read. the court does nothing. No normal job will get them out of that debt. The character isnt available to get help from anyone. And the character is constantly being harassed by debt collectors but in this one it looks less bad at the moment.
