In the next chap sooyoung punches minhyuk after being forcibly kissed and pushed down. Minhyuk makes a dark expression and there is a panel where sooyoung seems to realize that minhyuk isn't who he thought he was. Minhyuk then stabs him in the neck with a shot so he won't be present when he goes to attack taesung
