I think that something happened to the younger brother, and someone else "riencarnated" into the body. I'm not sure tho, but it seems to be what was referenced in the previous chapter (ie his brother said he acted like he was possessed).

Basically the bi*** is the homeless guy when the accident happened they switched body so like he's true brother is the homeless guy now and the homeless guy bi*** wh*** is in the body of XI xinian. So to conclude the person who killed grandpa and did all the sh** is the homeless guy but he was in the body of Xi xinian
