No, these two don't look even remotely similar. The FL was blonde and her partner was brunette. Our MC is silver-haired and her partner is black-haired. Meaning our MC is the only one in this situation who has this type of silver-gray hair. In addition, the little girl also has purple eyes just like her. That's kind of suspicious no matter how you look at it, isn't it? I hope this will be explained somehow later, as it is really confusing. Especially if it isn't mentioned again and again while reading, you'll forget it and think it's her two children.
